Your ground-floor apartment (rated 3 stars and certified “Gîte de France” with 3 ears of wheat) is reserved exclusively for your use. We live on the first floor year-round, so the garden is shared with us, but it’s not overlooked and is protected by 3.5-meter walls that ensure your privacy. It’s a cozy retreat shared with the discreet owners. There is only one unit available for rent, so you will be the only guests staying at the villa.

The villa’s highlight is its tree-lined garden, a veritable open-air orchard:
- Apricot, fig, apple, cherry, and quince trees, grapevines, and raspberry bushes await you depending on the season.
- Herb garden: Help yourself to rosemary, thyme, basil, peppermint, lemongrass, verbena, and bay leaves to enhance your barbecue dishes or herbal teas.

The garden is part of the "Refuge LPO" network, which promotes biodiversity.

Recreation: A swimming pool (5 meters in diameter with a water depth of 1.2 meters) where you can cool off safely with children. A large, shaded gazebo with a barbecue area for your outdoor meals. A relaxation area. Stone walls 3.5 meters high enclose this very quiet garden, which is completely secluded from the neighborhood.

- Living Area: A spacious, bright, and air-conditioned (A++) 54 m² living room with exposed beams and a professional foosball table. A 140x190 cm sofa bed is available for two additional guests.

- Fully equipped kitchen: Everything you need for cooking (large refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, small appliances) and for breakfast (Nespresso-style aluminum pod coffee maker, drip coffee maker, electric kettle). Please note: no dishwasher.

- Bedroom: Air-conditioned (A++) room with a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a large open walk-in closet. Beds are made upon your arrival, and linens are provided.

- Bathroom with a large walk-in shower (116 x 85 cm), vanity unit, lighted and fog-free mirror, towel warmer, hair dryer, and toilet. Eco-friendly bath linens, shampoo, and body wash are provided.

Connectivity: Ultra-fast fiber optic internet (100 Mbps) with RJ45 Ethernet cable and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the garden. The living room table facing the garden is also perfect for working from home.
